- Delivery timelines depend on location and availability. We strive for same-day delivery within Bogura city and same day/next day delivery within Dhaka city.
- Delivery charge will vary depending on location.

Delivery to [Nearby Areas]: 80 TK
Delivery to [Distant Areas]: 100-150 TK (based on exact location) - If you're not completely satisfied with the taste of our products, we offer a full refund or replacement.
- Incorrect orders must be reported within 1 hour for cancellation. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns unless there is a verifiable quality issue confirmed by our team.

We accept both online payments (card/bank transfer/mobile money) and cash on delivery.

Customers must handle products with care post-delivery (e.g., cooking thoroughly to 75°C+).
